These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of vbceramiccoating.com (the “Website”) and to the ceramic coating, paint correction, auto detailing and related services (“Services”) provided by VB Ceramic Coating (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in Virginia Beach and surrounding Virginia service areas. By using the Website, requesting a quote, or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide professional vehicle care services, including ceramic coating, paint correction, multi-stage paint correction, polish and seal, interior and exterior detailing, headlight restoration, paint chip repair, ozone odor treatment, over-spray removal, engine shampoo, convertible top cleaning and conditioning, and other specialty services. Service descriptions on the Website are general information. The exact work performed on your vehicle is based on its condition and the service you agree to with us.
Quotes given through the Website, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change after we inspect the vehicle in person, for example if the vehicle’s size, condition, level of contamination, paint defects, or interior soiling differs from what was described. We will tell you about any price change before starting the additional work.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Some services, such as ceramic coating and paint correction, can require a full day or more, so late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to rebook promptly. Any deposit or cancellation terms that apply to your booking will be explained to you at the time you book.
We may reschedule an appointment because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. If that happens, we will contact you to arrange a new time.

Some damage cannot be fully corrected by detailing or paint correction. Deep scratches, rock chips, clear coat failure, oxidation, etching, stains, and wear that has gone through the paint or material may be improved but not completely removed. Paint correction removes a small amount of clear coat to level defects, and we use our professional judgment to work within safe limits for your paint.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage that results from the existing condition of the vehicle, including failing or previously repaired paint, aftermarket parts, loose or brittle trim, worn emblems, or deteriorated interior materials. We may note visible damage before we begin work.
Ceramic coating is a surface protection product that enhances gloss, adds water-beading properties, and makes properly maintained surfaces easier to clean. It does not make a vehicle scratch-proof, chip-proof, or maintenance-free, and it does not replace paint protection film. How long a coating lasts depends on the product used, how the vehicle is stored and driven, environmental exposure, and how the vehicle is washed and maintained.
Please follow the aftercare instructions we give you, including any curing period during which the vehicle should be kept dry and not washed. Improper washing methods, automatic car washes, harsh chemicals, or lack of maintenance can reduce the performance and lifespan of a coating. Any product warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and any maintenance requirements we explain to you.
Payment is due when the service is completed unless we agree otherwise in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when you book. Prices on the Website, if shown, are subject to change without notice and do not apply to work already agreed and scheduled.
We want you to be happy with the results. Please inspect your vehicle when the service is finished and let us know about any concern as soon as possible, ideally before we leave or within a reasonable time afterward. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, work with you to address it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, such as loss of use of the vehicle, rental costs, or lost time, except where the law does not allow this limitation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Virginia law.
We may take before and after photos of your vehicle to document its condition and our work. We may also use photos of the vehicle (not of you, and without your license plate or personal information visible) on our Website or social media to show our work. If you prefer that we do not share photos of your vehicle, just let us know.
The content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, belongs to VB Ceramic Coating or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information through our forms, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and current, but it is provided “as is” and may contain errors or be out of date. The Website may link to third-party sites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
Our handling of the personal information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our Services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when you book a Service apply to that Service.
