Professional multi-stage paint correction in Virginia Beach, for vehicle finishes with heavier swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and other paint imperfections.

Overview
Multi-stage paint correction is an advanced polishing service for vehicle finishes with heavier or widespread imperfections. Multiple machine-polishing stages help reduce paint defects and improve clarity, depth, and gloss.
It’s suited to finishes that need more refinement than Polish & Seal or a single-stage correction can provide. Results depend on paint condition, defect depth, and clear-coat thickness, so we inspect the finish before recommending a process and providing a quote.
Vehicles with heavier or widespread imperfections, older or neglected finishes, and paint being prepared for long-term protection such as ceramic coating.
Benefits
01
Additional polishing stages address imperfections that lighter services can’t fully improve.
02
Reducing heavier defects lets the paint reflect light more cleanly, for a deeper, glossier finish.
03
A thoroughly corrected finish gives ceramic coating the best surface to protect.
What to expect
01
We inspect the paint closely and explain what can realistically be improved and how many stages it is likely to need.
02
Before correction begins, the paint is washed and decontaminated to remove bonded contamination.
03
A more corrective polishing stage reduces heavier defects, followed by refining stages to bring back clarity and gloss.
04
A corrected finish is worth protecting, so we’ll explain the ceramic coating options that suit how you use the vehicle.
FAQ
Have a question that isn’t answered here? Ask when you request a quote, or call (757) 372-0769.
If the paint has heavier or widespread swirls, scratches or oxidation, a single polishing step may not be enough. We’ll inspect the paint and recommend Polish & Seal, paint correction or multi-stage correction based on what it needs.
Pricing depends on the vehicle and the condition of the paint, so it’s quoted after inspection. Request a quote and include a few photos to get started.
Some scratches can be reduced, but deep scratches that extend too far into the paint may not be safely removable through polishing. We assess the defects and explain what improvement is realistic before work begins. For additional guidance, consult your vehicle manufacturer’s paint care guidance.
It’s more involved than standard paint correction, so it takes longer. The time depends on the vehicle and the number of stages needed, and we’ll give you an estimate after inspection.
It’s recommended. Ceramic coating helps protect the corrected finish and makes it easier to maintain. Durability depends on the coating chosen, preparation, use and maintenance.

Share a few photos of the paint and we’ll explain how many correction stages it’s likely to need.
